Mentors and/or directly manages SDR1-2s and brings new ideas and approaches to the SDR team.

Promotion Eligibility 100% quota attainment over the 6 month period reviewed.

Promotion eligibility will be reviewed bi-annually:

- February 1st (review period is August through January)

- August 1st (review period is February through July)

Promotion is not dependent on the impact review process timeline, meaning promotions will be effective on February 1st or August 1st for those that are eligible.

Reps who receive a 3 over the prior review period will have to show meaningful improvement in displaying sales foundation skills and/or values alignment during the current review period in order to be considered for promotion.

100% quota attainment over the 6 month period reviewed.

Organizes internal stakeholders (AEs and execs) and external stakeholders (VCs and members of the board) to generate high quality introductions to key stakeholders in strategic accounts.

Skill: Knows and understands key competencies and is continuing to develop in those that are most complex. Is confident in driving pipeline through referral channels. Expertly organizes internal stakeholders (AEs and execs) and external stakeholders (VCs and members of the board) to generate high quality introductions to key stakeholders in strategic accounts.

Expert in majority of competencies. Generates high quality ideas for streamlining referrals, increasing EBCs and referral pipeline, and landing new logos in our largest strategic prospective companies.
